Step 1. Wash your hair with a shampoo and conditioner. Brush hair out once you get out of the shower and create a deep side part.
Step 2. Allow your hair to dry about 75%. Then, begin to french braid your hair. Start from the very top and as you work your way down, include more hair into the braid. The smaller the braids are the smaller the curls will be, so do not make your braids too small or too big. Do this to both sides. Braid as far as possible to the ends. When you secure the elastic, bring the ends into the elastic as well so it makes a circular shape. This helps curl the ends also.
Step 3. Sleep overnight with your hair in braids.
Step 4. In the morning, take your hair out carefully and run your fingers through it to loosen the waves. (Do not brush it out!)
Step 5. Add a shine serum and spread with your hands so your hair is really shiny like Selena's.
Step 6. Mist your hair with a coat of hairspray to lock it in.
