Step 1. Wash your hair thoroughly.

Step 2. If your hair is already wavy or curly, leave it this way. If it is straight then use a curing iron to put loose waves in your hair. If you don’t have a lot of time this step isn't necessary.

Step 3. Part your hair in a left side part.

Step 4. Take a 1 and a half inch section from the right side of the part and braid it towards the back of your head until you can’t braid anymore.

Step 5. Pull all your hair (including the braid) into a low messy bun.
