Step 1. Start out with a clean face. Use some face washes or cleansers, we don't want the makeup to clog any pores. Also, if you have a moisturizer, use that to keep the skin tone even.

Step 2. Next, apply a foundation close to your skin tone to keep the color of your face even.

Step 3. Now apply a bit of blush to your cheeks. Use a fluffy brush to keep the blush from being put on one area too heavily.

Step 4. On to the eyes! Take a brown eyeshadow to your whole eyelid to the crease.

Step 5. Apply a navy blue eyeshadow right along the baseline of your lashes. Make sure it goes a bit higher than eyeliner normally would.

Step 6. After all that, take a liquid blue eyeliner along the base of your eyelashes both on the top and bottom lids.

Step 7. Apply a black mascara to both sets of lashes. If needed, wait for the first coat to dry and apply a second coat.

Step 8. Last, apply a clear coat of lip gloss and enjoy your look!
