Step 1. This looks all about the eyes, but obviously you'll want your skin to look good too. So wash your face with warm water then pat dry. You now have a choice of either using a liquid-based foundation or loose powder (or neither, if you don't need any) as these two are the best products for creating a good base of makeup. Whichever you use, make sure it's a colour close to your skin tone and blends easily on your skin
Step 2. It's kind of hard to see the colour on Selena's eyelids, but it seems that she's gone for the smoky effect. Take a black kohl eyepencil and line your upper and lower eyelid. Line the lower eyelid to be line neatly, but don't worry so much about keeping the line on your upper lid neat because you'll be smudging it in the next step anyway.
Step 3. Take a foam-tipped makeup brush (or any makeup brush with a soft tip, really, but the foam tips do tend to work best on the eyes) and run it under the tap. Once its wet, use it to smudge your eyeliner across your eyelid, filling the eyelid with a blend of the original colour. Repeat this on the other eyelid, then apply mascara to your upper and lower lashes. Selena's wearing quite a lot of mascara, so apply it carefully in coats, trying to keep the lashes seperate for the spider-like effect Selena has.
Step 4. Use a sugary pink lipgloss and you're done!
