Step 1. Wash your face with warm water and pat dry with a facial cloth. Select a foundation or matte powder as close to your skin tone as possible, and spread it evenly across your face. Be sure to check it doesn't clot around your hairline, nose or mouth, or it'll look like your wearing more than you are. If you need to use concealer for any blemishes, do so after you apply the foundation.
Step 2. Line your eyelids with a pointed liquid eyeliner. Be sure to make sure you have enough practice in using liquid eyeliner before you do this, or you it could run into your eyes. Barry M eyeliner is really great to use, as it doesn't tend to run. Make a flick at the corner of your eyes, as Selena has here. Then apply your mascara - a lash-defining one will probably work best.
Step 3. Selena's lipgloss is gorgeous. Try to mimic the shade - look for something matte and rose pink in store, and then apply it sparingly.
